Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery, and ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. We provide handcrafted artisan jewelry that at times maybe slightly irregular, or have natural gemstone variable characteristics. These are not considered as defects or damages. Our products are handcrafted therefore unique and one of a kind from the artisan's inspiration.
We accept returns with in a week of delivery and with email notification. Refunds are for credit only minus $1.00 restock fee.Credit Card payments subject to $2.50 transaction fees.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Custom or personalized orders. Because these items are made to your specifications, we are not able to return or exchange. If the products arrives damaged, please let us know.
I don't accept cancellations on custom or personalized work. All custom and personalized work will need to be paid in advance. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Cancellations on Classes or Beading Services require 24 hours advance notice. Reschedules will not received any penalties. Late cancellations maybe subject to fuel charge fee.
We accept all major credit cards. We accept Square gift cards, Paypal, Cash App and Direct bank transfer from Quickbooks. Thank you for your business.
All items are shipped once payment is received. A notification email to include tracking # is sent on the date item ships. I only ship USPS. The USPS provides insurance for the products I ship, and guarantees I can replace items damaged or lost. Courtesy shipping goes thru First Class USPS. Shipping in the USA only.
